Hey, there. I’m Marina.
And in 2021, I needed a change.
For 10 years, I had built a successful career as a Senior Manager working for FedEx.
And while the pay, opportunities, and growth potential were wonderful — the work-life balance was anything but.
I was finding myself:

Spending less and less time with my family to meet the demands of my job

Saying no to fun events and trips because I was too tired from work

Sacrificing “me-time” for months or even years at a time
And I had had enough.
So I took a good look at my finances and, because I had laid a solid financial foundation, realized that I had financial ability to change.
In March that year, I moved into a part-time role at FedEx and went back to school to earn my Bachelor’s in Organizational Management and Entrepreneurship.
Even though I had taken a massive paycut to do this, I wasn’t worried about my finances.
I had saved enough to comfortably meet my expenses for the entire two years I was earning my degree.
In other words, I had given myself the freedom to choose.
Now, I help you do the same.
Too many of us build successful careers only to realize they’re not giving us the life we truly want.
